GTA condo sales climbed 8.8% in Q2 2026, even as new and active listings dropped by 19.0% and 15.4%. With average prices down 7.5% to $634,972, affordability has improved—sparking increased buyer interest. In my nearly two decades working with clients across Mississauga, Oakville, and the GTA, I’ve seen how these market shifts can open new doors for buyers and sellers alike. If sales growth continues, we could see condo prices stabilize moving into 2027. It’s an interesting time for anyone considering their next move in Toronto’s condo landscape.
