Halton Region’s market saw some notable shifts this August 2026. Average home prices dipped 3.6% from the previous month, now sitting at $1.11 million, while detached homes came in at $1.46 million. We also saw townhouse and condo prices take a sharper downturn. Home sales dropped 10.8%, and active listings are down 16.9%. Still, when you step back, prices have actually climbed 37% since 2016—a reminder that long-term value remains strong in our area.
